Hanging around — again

08 Mar

Keep the good love on going to Joel. The bed rest is expected to last a few more days. So everyone out there, send your good comments his way. He really appreciates it. We all do.

    Hi Joel,

I know it must be frustrating…There are days I wish I were placed n bedrest…just so I could watch all the junk daytime TV… You know with lots of snacks…Get this wound in good condition prior to your departure..I’ll keep an eye on your blog… Our prayers and love go with you on your next journey…new chapter…keep writing about it…

    Cheers to you and Erika

Good Vibes coming your way from California man. It sucks I’m sure, but you will get the heck out of there! Just think of the next part. You’re in all our prayers.

We miss you, miss you, miss you! I can’t stand another day without reading a blog from you. I think of you everyday, and it breaks my heart to hear that you’ve had another day of bed rest and it keeps getting extended. Just know that you won’t be in bed forever, and you will be back to the grind soon.
I can’t imagine what you’re going through. Just know that I pray for you and send you positive thoughts all day, every day.

    Hey Joel,
If you have access to a dvd player or vcr, I suggest watching Friday the 13th – part one to eleven. I did this once when I was really sick. It’s hilarious to watch as the writers and producers attept to show some kind of cohesive storyline as it twists and turns into randomness. Don’t forget that Jason winds up in outer space, but then is back on Elm st. to battle Freddy Kruger. It’s genius. And to think that this shit gets snubbed from the Oscars every year. And you thought Martin Scor-however-you-spell-his name was due recognition.
So figure it’s about 20 hours of entertainmnet. You might want to break it up into two days or, just forget about it because it’s a pretty stupid idea.

    Thinking of you, love, paul

Get rested up and out to CA as quick as you can – that way you guys can get California over with and get back to Arizona. I mean, honestly, dude, California? If I didn’t know you were going there to be with Ericka, I’d say they need to schedule you for a head x-ray.

But then, what do I know? I mixed red wine and Jack all last night and spent the wee hours of the morn with my head in the can, worshipping the porcelain calf. No pearls of wisdom from me…

    Cheers, buddy. Feel better soon!
